You should take this course if you have or have had:
Shoulder, Neck, Upper Back Pain or Tightness
This course will teach you tools to transform pain into free movement. You will learn tools to use daily that will change your body and the way you move. Why do most people develop neck and shoulder pain? Most pain develops because of your posture. The posture you use at work and especially if at a desk.
How will you make time to work with your posture, work, and life?
In this course you will learn how to organize your days to find 20 minutes. The 20 minutes you find will be broken up into two 10 minute sections. You will learn the importance of the daily practice and how this effects results.
This course is structured in six 8-10 minute lectures. Five of the lectures are about exercise and posture management. The information in this course will keep you pain free for a lifetime.
