My goal in this series is to enable and empower you to trust the process of your body changing and along with this, aiming to assist you in finding a powerful way through the range of experiences that can accompany this life-changing experience.
We will use therapeutic approaches, yoga, pranayama and many other rituals to work you way through the ups and downs that accompany your physical, emotional and sexual experiences in this time.
