Description

This part of the RPA Business Analyst Course follows part 1 in which we will look at the Process Definition Document (PDD) the most common RPA process assessment tool.


We will consider how to gather requirements and carry out a Process assessment.

We will look at Business Rules considering a real examples.

We will look at how the automation Software works, which will enable you to be the link between developer and operations and undertake automations much quicker with this information in hand.

We will consider the scenarios where automations could fail.

We will the look at a full process example walkthrough.


Part 2 is fully devoted to the Process Assessment, in which we cover the common Process documentation, we look at requirements gathering, we carry out a process assessment, we look at situations which could cause the automation to fail, we look at business rules and then apply these to a specific process example.

This part of the course also covers an in depth look at RPA from a non-technical point of view, so all the things that RPA does that anyone working on the project other than a developer needs to understand. This is going to help you liaise with key stakeholders, be the perfect interface between developer and business and get the project running much quicker.
