1. Identification of Risks and Opportunities: You will learn how to identify both the risks and opportunities of organizations related to their QMS.
2. Assessment and Analysis: How to assess and analyze these identified risks and opportunities This includes evaluating the likelihood of each risk occurring.
3. Actions and Controls: Based on the assessment of risks and opportunities, you will develop and implement actions and controls.
4. Monitoring and Review: You will learn how to do continuous monitoring and review of the effectiveness of actions taken to address risks and opportunities.
5. Integration with the QMS: Learn how to integrate risk-based thinking into various aspects of the QMS. It should influence the development of the QMS, the setting of objectives, the design and planning of processes, and the determination of resource needs to mitigate the risk.
Documentation: Learn to use risk-based thinking, including the identification of risks and opportunities, the actions taken, and the results of their assessments and reviews.
Communication: Learn to communicate information about risks and opportunities both internally and externally, as appropriate.
