Welcome to Reclaiming Your Life!

This course is for you if you are a working mom who is overwhelmed in your life and need to make a change. In this nine-module program you will go through a process of reducing the stress you have been experiencing in your life to be able to reclaim your life.  If you are tired of feeling overwhelmed and tired and want to make a shift to enjoying your life again and being more present then this course is for you. You will learn how to:

  • Start saying yes to yourself again and no to things that don't serve a purpose

  • Be present in your life again using mindfulness practice

  • Engage in strategies that increase your health and decrease your stress

  • Worry less and develop practical problem solving skills

  • Thrive in your life once again

If you've previously tried to make changes in your life without a plan in place, this course will help to get you there. Developed by a Licensed Clinical Therapist implementing proven techniques in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindful Based Stress Reduction.
